Meet our Board



Gary Wyant is Founder and President of Bright Horizons Diving, Inc., a non profit corporation. He has been a certified diver nearly thirty years and is an experienced PADI & RAID certified Instructor and is a specially trained instructor in Adaptive Diving and he is also a PADI certified Emergency Response & CPR Instructor. Based upon his experience, he has designed a unique program to benefit the clients we work with at little or no charge to them.

Because of his love of diving and his passion for special needs individuals Bright Horizons Diving, Inc. is available to change the lives of people who want to take the plunge. Gary has family members with special needs and that makes this program especially important to him. He has seen first-hand how it can provide new found confidence and courage for those who participate. Gary is also a divers alert network(DAN) instructor and is one of a handful of people in the world to hold a PADI adaptive dive techniques specialty. He can also teach the family members and caretakers how to scuba dive so they can enjoy this wonderful life changing experience with their love one or friend.



Richard A. Krause has been licensed to in Florida since April 1972. The focal point of his practice has been litigation that has included criminal, personal injury and medical mal practice. he has served as outside general counsel for Tanning Research Laboratories, Inc. d/b/a Hawaiian Tropic Suntan Lotions and Oils for over 7 years, first incorporating the company and then handling general corporate matters, corporate litigation and FDA labeling compliance issues. Also served as outside general counsel for Los Angeles based company, Multi-Corporate Production, Inc. d/b/a Creative Meeting Service, a company planning organizing and producing.  he has been a certified PADI scuba diver for many years.  His enjoyment of the sport and compassion for people with challenges has made him a great asset to our organization.


Dr. Fisher joined us two years ago due to his interest in our work with challenged individuals.  He was impressed with the anecdotal stories of the improved life that we had seen and heard from family members of these special divers.  His own work in the field of Traumatic Brain Injury caused him to decide to become a part of our work.  Over the years of his illustrious career he had directed hospitals and medical facilities in Florida and other parts of the country.  He has continued in his own private practice as well.
